Your fridge can be a direct reflection of how your body is feeling. When you open it up is it fresh, live and vibrant?

What we consume matters. Each bite we take is meant to become us. To add not only energy back to our bodies but provide building blocks to rebuild and repair and maintain health. Products such as proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients.

Your food breaks down (digestion) and then is reassembled into the very being that you are. So take some time to think about this. What you eat reflects who you are.

The cells in our body need to be replaced. That may be from trauma such as falling and scraping your knee. Or simply aging and new cells must take the place of an old on. However, they all need proteins, carbs and fats to rebuild structure. They need vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients that you consume help facilitate these reactions. They need this vibrant blend of REAL WHOLE FOODS.

Start with adding some fruits and veggies to your fridge. Try having those for snacks. Look for some recipes you can make weekly that are quick and easy. Your body will thank you
