Lemon Cayenne Agave Water

But for those of us on a fixed budget, its important to be practical as well as healthy. So when all else fails, go for a home made solution.

If you have a juicer, this will help your case significantly. All you will need is 2-3 lemons, 14 oz of water, 1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper, and 1 tbsp. of agave. Squeeze the juice out of the lemons into a cup, then add the water. Next, throw in the cayenne pepper and agave and start mixing. Once you’ve added everything, then blend by hand for about 1-2 minutes. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Perhaps what makes this recipe so unique is the fact that you have the choice of adjusting the ingredients to suit your taste. If you want to spice things up a bit, you could add more cayenne pepper, or you can add less. As per the lemons, if you don’t have a juicer or you want more lemon flavor, you can add more.
