Organic Lemon Chicken Wrap

Organic lemon chicken wraps are quite delicious and at the same time nutritious. You can make this mouthwatering dish in your chicken and enjoy it with your family and friends. All you need to do is buy some ingredients and follow a simple recipe. Here is a recipe for cooking a ranch chicken wrap with lemon.

Ingredients

– ½ tomato, chopped

– ½ avocado, diced

– ½ cup lettuce, chopped

– 1 tortilla

– Dressing; 1 packet ranch seasoning, 1 ¼ cup of sour milk, ½ cup whole milk.

Instructions

  1. Spread a tortilla flat
  2. Add lettuce, avocado, tomato and chicken
  3. Sprinkle a dash of ranch dressing
  4. Fold the upper and lower part of the tortilla and roll the sides to make a wrap
  5. Put all dressings in a bowl and whisk to consistent smoothness

Organic Lemon Chicken Flatbread

Alternatively, you can make a grilled lemon chicken flatbread wrap and accompany it with spicy garlic sauce.

Ingredients

-Olive oil

-diced tomatoes

-1 tsp salt

-1 tsp lemon juice

-500g boneless, skinless chicken breasts

-1/4 tsp paprika

-1/4 coriander

-1/2 tsp ground cumin

– pinch of black pepper

-1 tsp lemon juice

-2 cloves of garlic

-1/2 tsp dried oregano

– 4 flatbreads

– Spicy garlic sauce ( it consists of pinch of black pepper, tsp salt, pinch cayenne pepper, ½ tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp sriracha, ts tahini, 3 garlic cloves, ½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream, ½ cup mayonnaise whisked to together)

Instructions

  1. Put the chicken pieces in a bowl and add 2 tsp of olive oil, garlic and all other ingredients including paprika. Use your hands to rub the seasoning all over the chicken until it is coated with spices.
  2. Leave the chicken to marinate for about 20 minutes or overnight.
  3. Grill the meat till evenly cooked and slightly charred on all sides
  4. Spread the flatbread, add a drizzle of spicy garlic sauce on the flatbread then place the greens followed tomatoes, lemon chicken and then sprinkle a good amount of spicy garlic sauce. Make a wrap.

Make a chicken wrap whenever you feel hungry or carry it to work and eat during lunchtime.
